Over time, we hope to build a strong coalition of local rental owners by unlocking resources that already benefit large corporate landlords, which benefits both tenants and the future financial success of independent landlords.

LROC plans to host weekly gatherings to evaluate local rental owners needs and provide referrals and technical assistance to support owners as they navigate local, state, and federal relief programs.

 LROC events will provide resources that can help add value and/or reduce costs without raising rents, including free or subsidized property management services/tools, energy assessments, and related free or low-cost energy retrofits
